The CUNY Graduate School of Journalism is hosting the second edition of the Latino Media Summit, a 2-day event at our Times Square location in New York. It will take place on June 8 and 9, bringing together journalists, media industry leaders, innovators, thinkers, product specialists and digital news entrepreneurs focused on bilingual Latino audiences and Spanish-language journalism.
Our goal is to advance the conversation about journalism innovation for Latino audiences. We will showcase a unique up-to-date digital map of U.S. Latino news media, and discuss relevant topics such as trust, representation and coverage of race and identity in Latino communities. We will offer meaningful panels, dynamic presentations, networking opportunities and hands-on workshops.
It will be a celebration of ideas, innovation and opportunity.
