The CUNY Graduate School of Journalism is hosting the Latino Media Summit to celebrate the first anniversary of our Spanish-language journalism program, a unique initiative to train bilingual journalists with a specific focus on U.S. Latino audiences and the larger Spanish-language world.
The Latino Media Summit will be a 2-day event at our Times Square location in New York on June 23 and 24, hosting journalists, media industry leaders, innovators, thinkers, product specialists and digital news entrepreneurs focused on bilingual Latino audiences and Spanish-language journalism.
We will encourage a new conversation about journalism innovation in the Americas through meaningful panels, dynamic presentations and networking opportunities. We will offer hands-on workshops on everything from investigative reporting in Spanish to product development for U.S. Latino audiences and empowering women leadership in the news industry.
It will be a celebration of ideas, innovation and opportunity.
